Description: ISEC is a Saudi Arabian Company, established in 2012 by the split of AMCDE to KBR-AMCDE To AHCEC and ISCE. AMCDE is a merger of CDE (Consulting and Design Engineering ) and AME (Abdullah Al Moaibed Engineering). Prior to the merger, CDE had been providing multi-discipline engineering services since 1965 and AME since 1982.
